For more than 17 years, Lee served behind the scenes at CareerPro Global, coaching and training thousands of professionals in Senior Executive Service (SES) applications, developing Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs), executive leadership storytelling, federal and executive resumes, and high-stakes interviews. His work has supported leaders across major agencies including NASA, the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and the Air Force Research Laboratories.

Today, through Lee Kelley Creative Group, Lee delivers executive coaching and leadership development designed for individuals and organizations seeking thoughtful, practical, human-centered approaches to leadership effectiveness, resilience, self-awareness, and decision-making in complex environments.
